Terms of Service

By accessing or using Social Magnum ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is provided by METAFLUX MEDIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Social Magnum is a social media management platform that currently supports Facebook Pages, allowing authorized users to:

• Connect and manage Facebook Pages via the Meta Graph API
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and stories
• View page analytics, health metrics, and monetization earnings
• Manage team access and page assignments

• Access to the App requires an account created by an authorized administrator
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access
• You must provide accurate and current information when connecting Facebook Pages
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

By connecting your Facebook account, you acknowledge that:

• The App will access your Facebook Pages using permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth authorization process
• You must have the appropriate admin or editor role on any Page you connect
• Content published through the App is subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards
• We are not responsible for content that Facebook removes, restricts, or penalizes under their policies
• Facebook may revoke or limit API access at any time, which may affect the App's functionality

You agree not to:

• Use the App to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates Facebook's policies
• Attempt to access pages, data, or features you are not authorized to use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
• Share access tokens or credentials obtained through the App

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the App. You are solely responsible for the content you schedule and publish to Facebook Pages. We do not review, approve, or endorse user-generated content before publication.

Earnings and monetization data displayed in the App is sourced from the Facebook Graph API and is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of earnings figures. For authoritative payout information, refer to Meta Business Suite or Monetization Manager directly.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on third-party services (Facebook/Meta APIs, Supabase, Cloudflare) that may experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from scheduled maintenance or third-party outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, METAFLUX MEDIA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless METAFLUX MEDIA LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
